Hier presenteren we een protocol om de dynamiek van spindel vorming en mitotische progressie te beoordelen. Onze toepassing van time-lapse Imaging stelt de gebruiker in staat om cellen te identificeren in verschillende stadia van mitose, sporen en identificeren mitotische defecten, en analyseren spil dynamiek en mitotische cel lot bij blootstelling aan anti-mitotische drugs.
