Makrofag Fagocytisk aktivitet mod cancerceller, specifikt 4t1 mus-karcinom celler i brystcancer, blev afbildet i dette studie. Den levende celle coculture model blev etableret og observeret ved hjælp af en kombination af fluorescerende og differentiel interferens kontrast mikroskopi. Denne vurdering blev afbildet ved hjælp af imaging software til at udvikle multipoint time-lapse video.
