Her præsenterer vi en protokol til at udføre isolering og udvidelse af perifere blod mononukleare celler-afledt cytokin-induceret CD3+CD56+ killer celler og illustrere deres cytotoksicitet virkning mod hæmatologiske og faste kræftceller ved hjælp af en in vitro diagnose flow cytometri system.
