Vi presenterar ett allmänt protokoll för att identifiera korta sträckor av homolog värd-patogen proteinsekvenser (SSHHPS) inbäddade i viral polyprotein. SSHHPS erkänns av virala proteaser och rikta den riktade förstörelsen av specifika värd proteiner av flera grupp IV virus.
