Dieser Artikel stellt ein Protokoll der Differentialgeschwindigkeitszentrifugation in Kombination mit Dichtegradientenzentrifugation vor, um Mitochondrien von menschlichen Eierstockkrebsgeweben zu trennen und Eierstockgewebe für die quantitative Proteomik-Analyse zu kontrollieren, eine hochwertige mitochondriale Probe und eine quantitative Proteomikanalyse mit hohem Durchsatz und hoher Reproduzierbarkeit eines humanen Ovarialkarzinoms mitochondrialem Proteom.
