In diesem Protokoll präsentieren wir ein experimentelles Design mit einem bedingten Knockdown-System und einem angepassten Kugelbildungstest, um die Wirkung von Clusterin auf die Stängel von patientenabgeleiteten GCSCs zu untersuchen. Das Protokoll kann leicht angepasst werden, um sowohl die In-vitro- als auch die In-vivo-Funktion von Stammgenen in verschiedenen CSCs-Typen zu untersuchen.
