De huidige methoden voor het analyseren van de therapietrouw van patiënten aan complexe resistente tuberculose (DR-TB) regimes kunnen onjuist en resource-intensief zijn. Onze methode analyseert haar, een gemakkelijk verzamelde en opgeslagen matrix, voor concentraties van 11 DR-TB medicijnen. Met behulp van LC-MS / MS, kunnen we bepalen sub-nanogram drug niveaus die kunnen worden gebruikt om beter te begrijpen drug therapietrouw.
