Generering av rekombinanta rotavirus från plasmid-DNA är ett viktigt verktyg för studier av rotavirusreplikation och patogenes samt utveckling av rotavirusuttrycksvektorer och vacciner. Häri beskriver vi en förenklad omvänd genetik metod för att generera rekombinanta rotaviruses, inklusive stammar som uttrycker fluorescerande reporter proteiner.
