Hier wird ein Protokoll der Trachealintubation über einen intubierenden Rohreinfeiner mit einem starren Rohr für die Laryngoskopie mit einer angeschlossenen Lichtquelle vorgestellt. Die Hauptmerkmale dieses Manövers sind der retromolare Ansatz und die Verwendung des Schilddrüsenknorpels als Wahrzeichen beim Vorrücken des starren Rohres.
