Glutation S-överföraser (GSTs) är avgiftning enzymer som deltar i metabolismen av ett flertal kemoterapeutiska läkemedel. Överuttryck av GSTs är korrelerade med cancer kemoterapi motstånd. Ett sätt att motverka denna fenotyp är att använda inhibitorer. Detta protokoll beskriver en metod med hjälp av en spektrofotometrisk analys för att skärmen för potentiella GST-hämmare.
