Detta protokoll beskriver in vivo intracellulära inspelningen av råtta ländryggen motoneurons med samtidig trans-spinal direkt nuvarande stimulering. Metoden gör det möjligt för oss att mäta membranegenskaper och att registrera rytmisk bränning av motoneuroner före, under och efter anodal eller katodalpolarisering av ryggmärgen.
