Vi utviklet en modell av chorioamnionitis for å simulere fostereksponering for mors betennelse (FEMI) uten komplikasjoner av levende organismer for å undersøke effekten av FEMI på utviklingen av avkommets tarmkanal. Dette gjør det mulig å studere mekanistiske årsaker til utvikling av tarmskade etter chorioamnionitis.
