Intrinsisch ungeordnete Domänen sind wichtig für die Funktion des onkogenen Fusionstranskriptionsfaktors. Hier verwenden wir Transkriptomik, um wichtige strukturelle Merkmale der intrinsisch gestörten EWS-Domäne im Ewing-Sarkom abzubilden.
