Hier wird ein Protokoll für die Einzelzellelektroporation vorgestellt, das Gene sowohl in exzitatorischen als auch in inhibitorischen Neuronen über eine Reihe von In-vitro-Hippocampus-Schichtkulturaltern hinweg liefern kann. Unser Ansatz bietet eine präzise und effiziente Expression von Genen in einzelnen Zellen, mit denen zellautonome und interzelluläre Funktionen untersucht werden können.
