Hier wordt een protocol gepresenteerd voor de isolatie en versterking van aerobe en facultatieve anaerobe muisconjunctivale commensale bacteriën met behulp van een uniek oogswab en op cultuur gebaseerde verrijkingsstap met daaropvolgende identificatie door microbiologische methoden en MALDI-TOF massaspectrometrie.
