כאן אנו מציגים פרוטוקול כדי לדמיין מתאם מרחבי של פפטיד הקשורות לגנים קלציטונין (CGRP)-אימונואקטיבי סיבי עצב וכלי דם ב דורה גולגולתי mater באמצעות immunofluorescence והיסטוכימיה פלואורסצנטית עם CGRP ו phalloidin, בהתאמה. בנוסף, מקורם של סיבי עצב אלה היה מדרדר נעוצים במעקב עצבי פלואורסצנטי.
