We beschrijven hier een eenvoudige methode voor expressie, extractie en zuivering van recombinant menselijke IgG versmolten tot GFP in Nicotiana benthamiana. Dit protocol kan worden uitgebreid tot zuivering en visualisatie van tal van eiwitten die kolomchromatografie gebruiken. Bovendien is het protocol aanpasbaar aan het persoonlijke en virtuele college onderwijs laboratorium, het verstrekken van project-based exploratie.
