Clonal ekspansjon er et sentralt trekk ved antigenspesifikk T-cellerespons. Cellesyklusen til antigenresponserende T-celler har imidlertid blitt dårlig undersøkt, blant annet på grunn av tekniske begrensninger. Vi beskriver en strømningscytometrisk metode for å analysere clonally ekspanderende antigenspesifikke CD8 T-celler i milt og lymfeknuter av vaksinerte mus.
