TBase combineert een elektronisch patiëntendossier met een innovatieve onderzoeksdatabase voor ontvangers van niertransplantaties. TBase is gebouwd op een in-memory databaseplatform, verbonden met verschillende ziekenhuissystemen en gebruikt voor reguliere poliklinische zorg. Het integreert automatisch alle relevante klinische gegevens, inclusief transplantatiespecifieke gegevens, waardoor een unieke onderzoeksdatabase ontstaat.
