Burada, bir fare tümörü modelinde tümöre özgü ve periferi kaynaklı tümör kaynaklı lenfositlerin karakterizasyonu için bir tümör transplantasyon protokolü sunulmaktadır. Alıcı kaynaklı immün hücrelerin akışının akım sitometrisi ile spesifik olarak izlenmesi, antitümör immün yanıtlar sırasında bu hücrelerin fenotipik ve fonksiyonel değişikliklerinin dinamiklerini ortaya koymaktadır.
