Denne protokol præsenterer en sammenligning mellem to forskellige induktion protokoller for differentiering human tandmasse stamceller (hDPSCs) mod bugspytkirtel afstamning in vitro:den integrative protokol og den ikke-integrative protokol. Den integrative protokol genererer flere insulinproducerende celler (IPC'er).
