Denne protokol beskriver ekstraktion og visualisering af aggregerede og opløselige proteiner fra Escherichia coli efter behandling med en proteotoxisk antimikrobiel. Efter denne procedure giver mulighed for en kvalitativ sammenligning af proteinaggregatdannelse in vivo i forskellige bakteriestammer og/eller mellem behandlinger.
