Denne protokol demonstrerer en ny metode til anvendelse af genterapier på subpopulationer af celler hos nyfødte rotter i postnatale aldre 5-10 dage ved at injicere en anterograd kemogenetisk modifikator i den somatomotoriske cortex og en retrograd transportabel Cre-rekombinase i cervikal rygmarven.
