Questo articolo descrive un metodo per modellare l'anestesia endovenosa totale (TIVA) durante la chirurgia di resezione del cancro nei topi. L'obiettivo è replicare le caratteristiche chiave della somministrazione di anestesia ai pazienti con cancro. Il metodo consente di indagare su come la tecnica anestetica influisce sulla recidiva del cancro dopo l'intervento chirurgico di resezione.
