Denna uppsats beskriver en metod för modellering av total intravenös anestesi (TIVA) under cancerresektionskirurgi hos möss. Målet är att replikera viktiga funktioner i anestesileverans till patienter med cancer. Metoden möjliggör undersökning av hur bedövningsteknik påverkar canceråterfall efter resektionskirurgi.
