Den foreliggende protokol beskriver en metode til påvisning af reaktive iltarter (ROS) i tarmmurineorganoiderne ved hjælp af kvalitativ billeddannelse og kvantitative cytometriassays. Dette arbejde kan potentielt udvides til andre fluorescerende sonder for at teste effekten af udvalgte forbindelser på ROS.
