Het huidige protocol beschrijft een methode om reactieve zuurstofsoorten (ROS) in de intestinale muriene organoïden te detecteren met behulp van kwalitatieve beeldvorming en kwantitatieve cytometrie-assays. Dit werk kan mogelijk worden uitgebreid naar andere fluorescerende sondes om het effect van geselecteerde verbindingen op ROS te testen.
