Oxygenforbrugshastighed (OCR) er en fælles proxy for mitokondriefunktion og kan bruges til at studere forskellige sygdomsmodeller. Vi udviklede en ny metode ved hjælp af en Seahorse XF-analysator til direkte måling af OCR i akutte striatale skiver fra voksne mus, der er mere fysiologisk relevant end andre metoder.
