Her presenterer vi fabrikasjonsmetoden til et optrode-system med optiske fibre for lyslevering og en elektrodematrise for nevral opptak. In vivo eksperimenter med transgene mus som uttrykker channelrhodopsin-2 viser gjennomførbarheten av systemet for samtidig optogenetisk stimulering og elektrofysiologisk opptak.
