אנו מציגים פרוטוקול לסינון תרכובות נגד נגיף הפטיטיס B (HBV) המכוונות לשלבי מחזור החיים של הכניסה לפני ואחרי הנגיף, תוך שימוש בקלורימטריית טיטרציה איזותרמית למדידת זיקה קושרת (KD) עם פוליפפטיד קו-טרנספורטינג של נתרן טאורוכולאט מארח. היעילות האנטי-ויראלית נקבעה באמצעות דיכוי סמני מחזור חיים נגיפיים (היווצרות cccDNA, שעתוק והרכבה ויראלית).
