Der mangler en pålidelig ikke-invasiv tilgang til funktionel vurdering af donorhjertet under normoterm ex situ hjerteperfusion (NESP). Vi beskriver heri en protokol til ex situ-vurdering af myokardieydelse ved hjælp af epikardial ekkokardiografi og konduktanskatetermetode.
