Denne protokollen beskriver en metode for disseksjon av musefettdepoter og isolering og fordøyelse av respektive arterier for å frigjøre og deretter identifisere endotelcellepopulasjonen. Ferskt isolerte celler som brukes i nedstrøms applikasjoner vil fremme forståelsen av vaskulær cellebiologi og mekanismene for vaskulær dysfunksjon.
