Il presente protocollo evidenzia l'applicazione della tecnica western blotting per studiare le funzioni e le attività del co-trasportatore neuronale K-Cl KCC2. Il protocollo descrive lo studio della fosforilazione di KCC2 nei siti regolatori delle chinasi Thr906/1007 tramite western blotting.
