Das vorliegende Protokoll entwickelte eine Methode zur Abschätzung der Ausbeute von Verbindungen auf der TLC-Platte unter Verwendung der Blau-LED-Beleuchtungstechnik. Die Vorteile dieses Ansatzes sind, dass er sicher, effektiv und kostengünstig ist und es dem Forscher ermöglicht, mehrere Proben gleichzeitig zu messen.
