Bu yazıda, organoidlerin yüksek çözünürlüklü mikroskopi kullanılarak kültürlenebildiği ve gözlemlenebildiğimm2 başına yüzlerce mikro konteynere sahip yeni bir kültür substratı türü için bir üretim protokolü sunulmaktadır. Hücre tohumlama ve immün boyama protokolleri de detaylandırılmıştır.
