Ce protocole décrit une méthode permettant d’obtenir des données quantitatives sur l’activité antifongique de peptides et d’autres composés, tels que des agents antifongiques à petites molécules, contre Candida albicans. Son utilisation de la densité optique plutôt que de compter les unités formant colonie pour quantifier l’inhibition de la croissance permet d’économiser du temps et des ressources.
