Este protocolo descreve um método para a obtenção de dados quantitativos sobre a atividade antifúngica de peptídeos e outros compostos, como agentes antifúngicos de moléculas pequenas, contra Candida albicans. Seu uso de densidade óptica em vez de contar unidades formadoras de colônias para quantificar a inibição do crescimento economiza tempo e recursos.
