Her præsenteres en protokol til induktion og analyse af in vitro neutrofile ekstracellulære fælder (NET'er). Kvantificering af DNA, cathelicidin (LL37) og enzymaktivitet gav data, der viser variabiliteten i sammensætningen og morfologien af NET'er induceret af mikrobielle og kemiske stimuli under lignende kontrollerede forhold.
