Her præsenterer vi en standard pipeline til opnåelse af murine ATC-tumorer ved spontane genetisk manipulerede musemodeller. Endvidere præsenterer vi tumordynamik og patologisk information om de primære og metastaserede læsioner. Denne model vil hjælpe forskere med at forstå tumorigenese og lette lægemiddelopdagelser.
