Dit biggenmodel omvat chirurgische instrumentatie, verstikking tot de hartstilstand, reanimatie en observatie na reanimatie. Het model maakt meerdere bemonstering per dier mogelijk en door gebruik te maken van continue invasieve arteriële bloeddruk, ECG en niet-invasieve cardiale outputmonitoring, biedt het kennis over hemodynamiek en cardiale pathofysiologie bij perinatale asfyxie en neonatale cardiopulmonale reanimatie.
