Een protocol voor het uitvoeren van een uitdaging in een allergeenblootstellingskamer (AEC) -faciliteit wordt gepresenteerd. AEC's hebben bewezen veilige en effectieve hulpmiddelen te zijn voor de inductie van allergische symptomen of als eindpunt bij het testen van de werkzaamheid van allergeenimmunotherapie vanwege hun vermogen om stabiele deeltjesconcentraties en omgevingsomstandigheden te handhaven.
