In deze studie wordt een reeks methoden gepresenteerd om DESI-MSI-monsters van fabrieken voor te bereiden, en een procedure voor DESI-assemblage-installatie, MSI-gegevensverzameling en -verwerking wordt in detail beschreven. Dit protocol kan in verschillende omstandigheden worden toegepast voor het verkrijgen van ruimtelijke metaboloominformatie in planten.
