Nous présentons deux procédés pour la microfabrication de puces polymère poreux pour la culture cellulaire en trois dimensions. Le premier est gaufrage à chaud combiné avec un processus de soudage à la vapeur de solvant. Le second utilise un procédé développé récemment microthermoforming combinée à la technologie d'ions piste menant à une simplification significative de la fabrication.
