De video toont de orthotopische inentingstechniek voor borstkanker in een muismodel. Deze techniek produceert een hoge tumorigenesesnelheid met minder variabiliteit in tumorgrootte en vorm in vergelijking met subcutane of niet-chirurgische injectie.
Protocol
1. Voorbereiding van cellen (voor 10 muizen) OPMERKING: De cellen moeten binnen 1 uur na loslating van de schaal worden ingeënt om verminderde levensvatbaarheid van de cel te voorkomen. In het bijzonder moet de celsuspensie binnen 15 minuten na het losmaken van de cellen uit het gerecht in het gelatineachtige eiwitmengsel worden gemengd om hun levensvatbaarheid te behouden.
