Videon visar bröstcancer ortopic inokulering teknik i en mus modell. Denna teknik producerar en hög tumorigenesis hastighet med mindre variation i tumör storlek och form jämfört med subkutan eller icke-kirurgisk injektion.

1. Beredning av celler (för 10 möss) OBS: Cellerna ska vaccinelas inom 1 timme efter att ha lossnat från skålen för att undvika minskad cell livskraft.
