Vi beskriver en beamline opsætning beregnet til at foretage hurtige to-dimensionale x-ray fluorescens og x-ray microdiffraction kortlægning af enkelt krystal eller pulver prøver ved hjælp af enten Laue (polykromatisk stråling) eller pulver (monokromatiske stråling) diffraktion. De resulterende kort give oplysninger om stamme, retningen, fase distribution og plastisk deformation.
