Denne eksperimentelle metode beskriver en løsning til kinematisk analyse af akupunkturmanipulation med tredimensionel fingerbevægelsessporingsteknologi.
Tre-dimensionelle (3D) motion tracking er blevet brugt på mange områder, såsom forskning i sport og medicinske færdigheder. Dette eksperiment havde til formål at bruge 3D-bevægelsessporingsteknologi til at måle de kinematiske parametre for leddene i fingrene under akupunkturmanipulation (AM) og etablere tre tekniske indikatorer “amplitud, hastighed og tid”. Denne metode kan afspejle funktionen af AM og give kvantitative parametre langs tre akser af flere finger samlinger. Den nuværende dokumentation viser, at metoden har et stort potentiale for fremtidige anvendelser såsom studiet af dosis-effekt forholdet mellem akupunktur, undervisning og læring af AM, og måling og bevarelse af berømte akupunktører ‘AM.
Som en slags kliniske færdigheder af traditionel kinesisk medicin (TCM) og fysisk stimulation, akupunktur manipulation (AM) er ofte betragtes som en vigtig faktor, der påvirker den terapeutiske virkning af akupunktur1,2. Mange undersøgelser har bekræftet, at forskellige AM eller forskellige stimulation parametre (needling hastighed, amplitud, frekvens, etc.) af samme AM resulterede i forskellige terapeutiske virkninger3,4,5,6,7. Derfor kan målingen af relevante kinematiske parametre for AM og korrelationsanalyse med den terapeutiske virkning give nyttig datastøtte og reference til den kliniske behandling med akupunktur8,9.
Målingen af kinematiske parametre for AM begyndte i 1980’erne10. I de tidlige dage blev den elektriske signalkonverteringsteknologi baseret på variabel modstand hovedsagelig brugt til at konvertere forskydningssignalet på nålekroppen til et spændings- eller strømsignal til visning og registrering af AMPLitude- og frekvensdata fra AM11. Desuden er den berømte ATP-II kinesiske medicin akupunktur teknik tester II (ATP-II) med denne teknologi i øjeblikket blevet brugt af mange traditionelle kinesiske medicin universiteter i Kina12. Derefter blev forskellige typer sensorer med den fortsatte udvikling og innovation af sensorteknologi brugt til at indsamle kinemtiske parametre for AM. For eksempel blev de tre akser elektromagnetisk bevægelsesføler fastgjort til nålehåndtaget for at erhverve needling amplitude og hastighed13; den bioelektriske signalsensor blev placeret på ryghornet i dyrets rygmarv for at registrere needling frequency14 osv. Selv om den kvantitative forskning i AM baseret på ovennævnte to typer teknologier har afsluttet erhvervelsen af relevante kinematiske parametre under needling, er dens største ulemper manglende evne til at udføre den ikke-invasive måling i realtid og ændringen af driftsfornemmelsen forårsaget af modifikationen af nålekroppen.
I de senere år blev bevægelsessporingsteknologi gradvist anvendt på den kvantitative forskning i AM15,16. Fordi det er baseret på frame-by-frame analyse af needling video, måling af akupunktur parametre kan erhverves under in vivo drift uden at ændre nålen kroppen. Denne teknologi er blevet brugt til at måle de kinematiske parametre såsom amplitud, hastighed, acceleration og hyppighed af fire sporingspunkter af tommelfinger og pegefinger under needling i en to-dimensionel (2D) plan og etableret den tilsvarende finger tændstik figur15. Nogle undersøgelser målte også vinkelændringsområdet for interphalangeal (IP) samling af tommelfinger og pegefinger med lignende teknologi9,17,18. De nuværende undersøgelser af AM-analyse er dog stadig hovedsageligt begrænset til 2D-bevægelsesplanet, og antallet af sporingspunkter er relativt lille. Indtil videre er der ingen komplet tredimensionel (3D) kinematikmålings- og analysemetode for AM, og der blev ikke offentliggjort relaterede data.
For at løse ovenstående problemer vil denne undersøgelse bruge 3D-bevægelsessporingsteknologi til at måle de kinematiske parametre for de syv sporingspunkter under needling. Denne protokol har til formål at tilvejebringe en komplet teknisk løsning til kinematisk analyse af AM samt den videre undersøgelse af dosiseffektkorrelationen af akupunktur.
Denne undersøgelse etablerede målemetoden for de kinematiske parametre for AM in vivo og opnåede data om bevægelse amplitud, hastighed og driftstid for de seks vigtige sporingspunkter på tommelfingeren og pegefingeren langs tre akser. I mellemtiden, baseret på 3D kalibrering rammen, en 3D stick view og tilsvarende animation af tommelfingeren og pegefinger under needling blev genereret.
