Wir beschreiben ein einfaches Protokoll zum Gehirn Proteine, die auf die volle Länge C-Terminus von ATP-gated P2X2-Rezeptoren binden zu identifizieren. Der Ausbau und die systematische Anwendung dieses Ansatzes auf alle P2X-Rezeptoren wird voraussichtlich zu einem besseren Verständnis der P2X-Rezeptor Signalgebung führen.
