Här beskriver vi en ny kvantitativ proteomik teknik för att identifiera proteinkomplex i Saccharomyces cerevisiae. I denna studie har vi använt SILAC metoden tillsammans med affinitet rening följt av tandem masspektrometri för att identifiera sig med hög specificitet bindande partner en ER protein, Scs2p.
