Målet med presentationen är att visa en mycket reproducerbar metod för att skapa matrisen tillhörande implantat stamceller i brosk defekter som kan visualiseras med MR. Stamceller är märkta med FDA-godkända Ferumoxides, blandat med agaros, implanteras i brosk fel och avbildade med en 7T MR skanner.
